cheap rent, especially for a place that allows large dogs, but you get what you pay for! The management office made a slew of mathmatical errors in our lease, and then tried to harrass us into signing a lease for a higher rent to ""fix the problem."" Other tenants are lazy, leave thier trash on the ground around the complex, dump furniture (truly ghetto), don't pick up thier pet waste, throw beerbottles on the ground ,and spit out chewing gum on the stairs to the apartments. Management office doesn't do anything to clean up the neighborhood, so know what you're getting into . . . cheap rent for a cheap, ghetto place to live.
