I went through the drive-up to order my usual coffee with 4 sugar 4 creams, when I got to my office I realized it was BLACK coffee. I called the store to complain and spoke to Beta which she claimed to be the store manager, she spoke very poor english and didn't really understand her. Beta kept on saying ""sorry bring coffee back and we give you one"". I politely asked her to send me a coupon for my free coffee through email or regular mail, she had no idea what a coupon was?? This is horrible business for McDonald's, to not have qualified business people representing their corporation.
