Every time I come here I'm greeted with a hug from the owner, a smile from the sushi chef, and something special not found on the menu from the kitchen. Wonderful Japanese favorites that I have yet to find elsewhere in Seattle, Tuna House never fails to deliver. Chef Manabu is hugely creative with whatever seafood I'm feeling like that day, tells me when the uni is good, and when they're hiding crab in the back. I will continue to make Tuna House an extension of my dining room for as long as they'll have me. =)
