Very nice people and they carry a great variety of flour for making bread and pastry. More bakers need to know about them! They sell different weight bags of nearly any kind of flour and natural ingredient you could hope for. From pastry flour, unbleached bread flour and barley flour to things like cocoa they have an unusually broad assortment. They are to flour what Laniers is to herdware. Wonderful.
