My friend was spending one last night with his girlfriend before he was off to boot camp. Knowing that in just a few months he may find himself in Afganistan, my wife and I wanted to be sure his last night with his girlfriend was a special one. We asked the check in girl if we would be able to send up a gift for them. She said it would be no problem. We gave her the wrapped gift and card as well as the name of our friend who she confirmed was registered. Unfortunately, when we asked our friend about the gift, he stated that he never got it. Since then, I have contacted the hotel on four sepereate occations to speak with a manager. I have left two messages with a guy named Vonn, and two with a guy named Parker. Vonn never returned my messages. Parker called me back after my second message. I told him what had happend. He told me he would research this incedent. I have never heard back from the man. Obviously, incompetent, or dishonest employees is the statis quo at this hotel. I will never do business with them. And if you value your belongings, I would suggest you don't either. There are plenty of historic hotels in Denver. Choose any of the other ones first.
Pros: I'll let you know when I find one
Cons: The employees steal from their customers
