Nothing special about this place. The ribs tasted like ham. No flavoring and dry. The chopped beef was the same no flavor and dry. The mashed potato obviously came from a Sysco box. The coleslaw was horrible, the beans must have been made in 5 minutes. The sauce was all starch.
Nothing had a smokey flavor. If this people have a smoker I'll need to see it to believe it.
Too many corners cut. This people should go out and try their competition and try again.
If you want Good BBQ go to Joe's in Alvin or Central BBQ by Hobby airport. Even Pappa's is better!
