Just received my bill, and they estimated it for the second month in a row. The problem is that they decided I used 5000 gallons, nearly 80 dollars, while the house is vacant.
I called to have the meter actually read, and THE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED!!!!! What kind of utility company has their phone disconnected?
