I took my poodle mix to petsmart and the groomer was late and it took forever to get my dog checked in. When I picked her up there was dog poop in the reception area, I told one of the people 3 times and no one ever picked it up. There also did not cut her hair around her rectal area even tho I told them to cut her there. I will not go back
Pros: No cuts or razor burn
Cons: dirty and chaotic
