Courtland store is very friendly and helpful. When you have a problem with the stove it takes forever for service. My husband and I will look around for another pellet store dealer for our next pellet stove and check their service department. Pellet stoves don't last forever, we love ours, but we know we will eventually need another one. Service people are friendly , Courtland just needs to to evaluate how they provide service for their customers.
