Made arrangements for a service call - first experience with the company. Needed to replace my faulty thermostat. The technician arrived over 30 minutes late, and I had to phone the office to see if anyone was coming. The tech. was neat and professional, and worked quickly. While he was here he also checked the filter and humidifier at his suggestion. One thing that bothered me was an extra $6.00 ""gas charge"" when he presented the bill. When I had made the service appointment I was quoted a price, and this had not been mentioned. It seemed underhanded and besides, gas doesn't cost $4 per gallon like it once did.
Pros: Polite, effecient technician
Cons: Arrived late, no call, billed more than quoted.
