Ruined my brand new $300 jeans. I paid $40 for hemming and waist alterations. They completely ruined them by making the waist AND hemming lengths uneven.
I asked about their ""100% guarantee"" and they would not pay for the jeans, which was incredibly unreasonable. But furthermore, they wouldn't even refund my $40 for ruining my jeans!
This place is way more expensive to start with. I recommend this to anyone who wants to pay absurd amounts of money to have their clothes ruined.
Pros: Good at ruining jeans
Cons: Service, price, etc.
