In my opinion, these people ruined my car. When I say ruined, my car was well taken care off and driving properly (minus the issues I had duting the initial visit). When I picked it up (again and again and again), I had more issues. My car is now a wobbly, wonky, vibrating, squealing, stinking mess. I took my car to them with 2 simple problems and they returned it to me with 6 additional problems. I personally think this was caused by their carelessness and amateur work. I'm not sure what they happened to my car. All I know is, I have taken my car back to them several times over the past month, to get these 'new' problems fixed and each time they blame everything else under the sun for why the car has problems. The weather, the road, the age of the car, my tires (which are almost new), my brakes...I mean really? Is that what we've come to? And then on top of that when I picked up my car it smelled like cigarrette smoke. Personally, this I think is complete insanity. I can't believe this is even allowed. I think, and this is my opinion only, they are clearly a chop shop in auto shop's clothing using Frankenstein parts from other cars to 'fix' your car and then doing completely sub par work and hoping that it sticks. I can't believe I actually thought this place was a stand up business. Never ever ever will I return to this place. Glad I'm getting away before they make my car a total loss.
