I broke a window at my house that ended up being double paned and energy efficient = special ordered glass instead of a quick fix. When I called Glass Doctor they had someone out within an hour to look at it. Because the glass had to be special ordered, the super nice Glass Doctor attached a piece of scrap glass to cover the hole until my window came in. Once the new window came in they installed it quickly and it looks like I never had to break into my own house in the first place!
