My spa wasn't heating and it was very cold outside so I called Valley Pools in Burnsville and they came out that same day! They found what was wrong with the spa, informed me of prices and waited for my approval before any repairs were made. They went back to the store to get the parts needed and again they came back the same day! My spa is now working perfectly thanks to Valley Pools quick response and knowledgable service techs!
