I heard about Whiteglove from my sister and also on the radio. I called on Sat. of New Years weekend and they came out Sunday AM. They were a few min. early. They were professional and patient with my 4 yr old. They did everything that my pediatrician or Dr. would have done. They left us with a care package and offered to pick up/ deliver my prescription. I called the next week for myself and got a different physician, but I got the same great service. And, since my prescription was generic, they gave it to me as part of my $35.00 fee. White Glove cannot be beat! I will continue to use them for my entire family!!!
Pros: Respond quick, on time, very professional
Cons: Not yet covered by UHC in Dallas, but in negotiations
