I have lived in this area of NC for 6 years. I tried locating fresh fish markets to cook my own fish, but sadly, the best places are outside this section. I dared not to eat seafood out after seeing the quality of some of the markets. When someone suggested eating out at Harbor Inn, I had already set up for disappointment. I was completely wrong to do so. The food was OUTSTANDING. I am now a frequent patron of this establishment. When I have guests come in from up North, this is the first stop on the way home. Without fail, whenever I visit, the staff is courteous and the food delicious. I am having food purchased there for my mother's 75th birthday. The children love the hushpuppies, cole slaw is always fresh.
Pros: Everything I've eaten here has been cooked to perfection
Cons: Sometimes so many people, you have to wait a while.
