My friends and I have been going for years. Before they expanded the restaurant frequently overflowed to the outside, but people waited. When you sit down, just making eye contact gets your order taken, your soup will be there within minutes. When you want the bill, another eye contact and you are out of there with 2 minutes. With good soup they could not care about customer service, but then how could they turn over the tables so quickly? I have some friends coming in from Korea, and I guarantee that the first place we hit from the airport will be Pho Bistro.
