3 things that have suprised me tonight:
1) I do NOT eat Indian food but went here cause Pappadeauxs was a madhouse and the movie theatre was right next door
2) I do NOT eat spicy food but ordered
the spicy chicken curry dish
anyway for some odd reason.
3) I am so impressed by the meal that I created an account to write a review at 4 AM from my phone.
My spouse and I walked in to eat because I had already had dinner and he loves indian food. I would never go with him to eat it in the past. I ordered the spicy curry chicken anyway just cause I figured
I should stop being picky and just try it.
I cannot stop thinking about the meal I ate
8 hours ago. I'm not over-weight, I'm just so impressed by what I ate that I have to share it with someone and my husband is sick of me talking. I nearly cried
as I ate...it was that good. I called my friend, who is from India, and told her immediately cause she knows i don't eat Indian food. She told me if I thought this was good I should "try the clay pit restaurant." I then told her that she was being stupid and that I would kidnap and hog-tie her so I could shovel this amazing food in her mouth. Then she hung up on me. I don't care how good the clay pit is, I am only going to go here and it will probably be tomorrow.
I can understand that people have had bad experiences here and just want to write a review so they can "save us" from a "horrible experience." I'm here to say those people are crazy and probably have no communication skills; That is why they got put in the perdicament they had.
This food is so good that I want to slap someone across the face. Maybe I sound like a person who hasn't had a meal in 5 years...maybe someone slipped crack in the food. Whatever it is, I don't care. This place is amazing!
Pros: Everything
Cons: Small portions
