I always order from Nina's. Expensive but worth it until lately I ordered at 9:15 AM. A Dozen roses @ $89 plus $20 for delivery.... At 9:25 I cancelled becauese my wife was on the road today. They said OK, we will cancel your charge. At 11:36 AM they delivered anyway. I called at 3:00 and said I cancelled. They said" we can't contact our drivers," "so you want us to pick them up? Tacky? "the snippy lady said "so you want them for free Huh?" I said it was tacky to pick them up. They said OK we will reverse it. They called my wife after that in Sacramento and ask her to bring them to Elk Grove so they could pick them up. I will never use them again. They are tacky, I am emberassed and I picked the same thing up for $19.99.Never again. The nerve.
