My wife and I bought a Pre-owned Certified Honda Pilot from Goudy Honda and our experience was completely positive. From the salesman to the floor manager to the finance manager, everyone was pleasant to do business with. They all tried to accommodate all of our needs and treated us with a ""customer comes first"" attitude. At first, the salesman (Gary) wanted to sell me a new car, as all dealerships are known to do, but I told him that I would rather buy a used car with navigation, leather interior, sunroof, rear camera, etc., rather than a base model new car. He searched and quickly found a car that met all our requirements.When I told them that I wanted my wife to see the car but she wouldn't be able to get to the dealership until much later, the floor manager, Tito Puente (cool name, huh?) offered to drive it to our home for her to see it. I thanked him but said that the next day would be best. They held the car for me until the next day.The following day when my wife looked at the car, she loved it but noticed a small crack on the windshield and told Gary. Again, Tito stepped in and said they could send someone to our home and have the windshield replaced free of charge if we decided to buy the car! We loved that and took them up on it. (They replaced the windshield at our home two days later).The finance manager, Richard Mogg, not only gave me a great discount on their extended warranty but also called me couple of days after the sale to let me know that he was able to get me a better APR on the car. Wow! Talk about going out the extra mile for your customer. Who else does that?
