I took my Audi for an oil change. For some reason they decided to take my car for a test drive. The guy who drove it made a circle on the parking lot, parked somewhere in the end, sat there for 10 minutes and came back with a flat tire. Then he came back to me and said I have a flat tire. I said, then why in the world you drive my car on a flat tire? He didn't have anything to say and lifted my car to change the oil now. I started arguing about driving my car for no reason, they then put my car down and said we refuse to service you. Then I noticed a crack all across the windshield. They cracked it by dropping my car! And said I already had it! The manager (Nick) wasn't there and I called him and left a message. He never called back. Next day I came back but he wasn't there again. His assistant wrote what happened and refuse to sign. On my questions he only had to answer "have a nice day" and disappeared. They never took any kind of responsibility and were rude. Such bad customer servi
