Unbelievable! I was also shorted fabric (Cupertino, CA) on 3 separate times but only by a few inches (it was not cut straight) and not enough to go back and have them fix it. It seems this is the way they operate - check your fabric and you'll see.\r

But even worse is their customer service. They have a culture of NOT being helpful and acting like they're really put-off and it's not their job. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL. and they have HORRIBLE, snotty, attitudes.
