We had a severe water loss to our entire bottom floor of our residence in the middle of the night. We called Blackmon Mooring at 2am and they had a project manager and crew on site within 1 hour! The project manager and crew went right to work. The communication between the PM and crew was outstanding. The manager and crew was very experienced which set my husband and I at ease. We didn't have to worry if they knew what they were doing as you could tell within minutes.
The next morning I phoned my insurance company and they informed me that Blackmon Mooring was who they recommended. The adjuster and project manager met at my home to come up with a comprehensive plan which was completed within days.
At the end of my job we received a dry down form and certificate showing it was dried down properly. I can't say how much I appreciate the outstanding service we received. We know we made the right choice!! Thank you Blackmon Mooring!!!!!
