We woke up Christmas morning with NO HEAT. I called several heating companys and got voice recordings. When I called Applewood, they actually answered the phone. I described our problem, and they were willing to send out a technician on Christmas Day for a premium charge (understandable). They advised me that they could send someone out on Sunday morning (Dec. 26th) at no premium. They even waived the service call fee since I was willing to wait. The tech arrived promptly at 9AM the next day, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 45 minutes. The tech was very professional and personable.\r
I have dealt with quite a few ""service"" companies over the years, and I would rate Applewood Heating & Plumbing as one of the very best.
