I had called them because my furnace was not coming on. The technician diagnosed it as the Air Pressure Switch, and quoted me $439 to replace it. I'm glad I did my research, as the part cost me $28, and I replaced it myself in TWENTY minutes. I can understand overcharging. But $439 for a $25 part that a service tech could change in 10 mins. He also said my heat sensor was corroded and needed to be replaced for $300. It was fine, and I just cleaned it with an emery cloth.
