A great place to workout on your own or take a group exercise class. This gym has something for all fitness levels, it offers Zumba, yoga, & spin as well as TRX & Crossfit (my favorite). The staff are very personable & genuine. You feel like you are amongst friends from the minute you walk in the door. The location is great for me, located in the plaza near Stop & Shop and Marshalls, it offers the convenience of running a few errands in the same stop.
