This is a step back in time! When was the last time you were treated to old-style customer service? I come from a line of small store owners who realized that being respectful for customers was the key to survival and I got that feeling in my first visit to Hill's. Each time I have visited has reinforced that feeling - that I was important and that they valued my business. I'll go out of my way to support a small business like this and I find that the quality and selection of the goods they offer is worth the longer drive.
