Worst check-in nightmare ever! I was in the check-in line behind two ladies in a group of about 30 spread out over the entire check-in counters. They did not check them in as one group. B/c they didn't speak English well, the reps had trouble finding their names and who was staying with each other. This should have been handled all in the same line for a large group. It took over 90 min. to check in and all the lines were long b/c of this group. After all of that, the rep. took my debit card without telling me I couldn't charge anything to the room without coming back down to the check-in line again. Also, the noise levels mentioned by someone else was true with the doors banging loudly, plus the poor maid service made the whole experience a really bad one and I go to Vegas at least 3x year. Never again at the Mirage. more
