Apex sent a man over for an estimate. He was super polite, called when he was 10 min late, explained everything very well. Since their estimate was considerably lower than the others, and included repair work on our "new" air conditioner, we had them install a new furnace. They arrived on time, all the workmen were very polite, they laid down rugs for them to walk in and out of the house on. They were very respectful, closing and opening doors quietly. They explained the whole system to us including how to work the thermostat. They offered us a maintenance plan that is wonderful, but were not pushy about signing up for it! We highly recommend Apex!! Thanks guys!!
