I chose this company because of their low rates, though they did have a very high down payment. The down payment was 2x the monthly rate. I had only had this insurance policy for 3 months. On this third month, I was going to pay my insurance online, but their site was down, so I called their phone number to make a payment, that was down as well. The next day I went into their office and wrote a check; however, a charge came out of my bank account that I was not aware of. So when they went to take out the money, the check bounced. I thought the check was good and everything was fine until I got a letter in the mail saying they had dropped me because I didn't make my payment. They in no way tried to contact me about my check bouncing or I would have gone back in and wrote another one. After 3 months of this ordeal, I received another letter saying I owed a insufficient funds charge and It was over due and they were about to send it in to collection. This was the first notification I had received about this. This company doesn't care about it's customers. Don't bother.
