I am as organized as people get and one of those who plan well ahead. So when I ask a company if they can send a cab in half an hour and they say, "sure, in 25 minutes, and I check and recheck, I expect the cab to show up. But no, it never did. The cab driver was always "25 minutes away." To add to that, the customer service rep goes: "I can't plan the future." Asked to speak with her supervisor, she transfers me to a guy who says "I was not the one who took the call." Seriously? \r
They were not at all apologetic about screwing up the reservation despite confirming it and I ended up abandoning my family during an emergency.\r
I highly recommend Action Taxi. \r
If I could give it 0 stars, that would be my real rating. \r
Horrible. Pathetic. Seriously unreliable. Never going with them again.
