My husband and I went here on a Sunday evening and there were not many people in the restaurant- to the point that they were only seating on one side. We were quickly seated by the host and told that our server would be with us shortly. We waited for 10 minutes without acknowledgment from any staff and finally used our phone to search out the nearest Denny's. We got up and walked out- on the way out we saw many employees standing around in the kitchen and no one stopped us from leaving.
We went hungry and left hungry- not happy!
