A very uncaring office since they ""updated"" thier billing system. I was a patient of of Dr. Phillip Quintana about 15 years! When I was extremely sick with the flu I called to schedule an appointment to be told in a very uncaring way that I had a unpaid balance and would need to pay that before I could see a Dr, or in there case an assistant. I had been to see them before and was never made aware of such a bill. I have good insurance so I hung up, called my insurance, they took care of it. Found another Dr to go to, ****month later I get a bill for a ""missed appt""!!! *****They had scheduled me that day even though I told them I could not pay and would call my insurance.!!! Think twice before you mess with that practice!!!
