NEVER GO HERE! Ok so I hardly right reviews, but this Kragen made me very upset. I went & spoke to a gentleman told him what I needed and he messed up on what he was supposed to give me! I had to go back the next day & I spoke to the manager told him it was such an inconvenience for me to have to come back that I just wanted my money back for everything that I was going to take my business to AutoZone. Well the manger didn?t even say a word to me, never an apology or ANYTHING. I would think he would at least want to TRY and keep me as a Kragen customer, BUT GUESS NOT! So I had a bad experience here & I do agree with the other rating. more
