I am not a client there, I don't even live in the same state. I work at another veterinary hospital and called to request patient records. In the 5 years that I have worked in this field I have spoken to some very rude people, but never from another hospital. I simply requested medical records be faxed at their earliest convenience and was told that someone else does that and she wasn't there. OK can I leave a message? NO call back Sunday, my hospital is closed Sunday and I'm not calling back, she should have left a simple message with owners name, pets name and our fax number... simple right? I cannot believe how I was treated, never have I delt with a receptionist that rude over simple medical records. I wish that they had a website so that I could e-mail the office manager directly and let them know how unprofessional their staff is, this person has no business dealing with the public. I fear for the quality of care that they give their patients if they can't perform simple tasks. I
