This company is absolutely terrible, THE WORST EVER!!!!!! I use Embarq/Century Link for my home and business for telephone and internet services and customer service is just AWFUL. I haven't had any internet service for my home since I first ordered it yet they continue to bill me for it. I tried many attempts with technical support all with no sucess and several attempts with repair technicians so I finally canceled it and they refuse to take the charges off my bill. I think Carrie one of the supervisors is CRAZY, who pays for services that they haven't received. I feel one of the many problems with this company is with their scheduling. They sent over a technician on an unscheduled appointment day. I requested an appointment for a Monday and some random third-party tech comes to my house unannounced on a Sunday. I feel like Century Link does not practice fair business to their customers. Billing customers for services they have not received is just not right. I an extremely
