Knowingly Sold a Car With a Faulty Transmission 12/14/2010

I purchased a pre-owned 2000 Honda Accord on October 21, 2010. About six weeks later on December 9, the car left me and my two year old stranded on the side of the road 4 1/2 hours from home. I am a student who attends school out of state and I purchased the car because Hondas are know for their reliabilty. Not the case with this car. I am a full-time student and neither I nor my parents have the money to get this car towed 400 plus miles. I feel that I was misled when I bought this car. No reasonable person would believe that this car has been serviced and put through a 145 po more
