I'm surprised at the experience that the one reviewer had. We've taken our pets here for 30 years and have never been disappointed in their care or in the professionalism of the vets. When our one cat was dying, Dr. Kathy took her home with her after meeting me at the hospital on a snowy evening at 7 pm--she drove back from home on bad roads. Even though we moved 13 years ago to the NW side of town, we still come here for their health care.
