We recently boarded our 2 dogs here for a week while on vacation. When we picked them up the dogs were covered in urine. One of our dogs is white and was stained yellow. Our other dog was wet from urine on his stomach and paws. We could barely stand to drive with them because of their stench. When I asked if they had had a bath the woman replied that yes they did in the morning. I find this very hard to believe. We are an Army family who has lived in several states. I have boarded my dogs several times with no problems and especially not having our dogs returned to us in urine. I provided dry food and wet food including instructions. The cans were NEVER opened. When we got home the dogs went to their water dish and were extremely hungry. After we bathed them our white dog had lick sores on her back legs from trying to clean herself. My husband called the vet and he did refund our money, but this still does not excuse the abuse that my dogs endured while we were on vacation.
