On Monday, December 27, 2010, my two set tubs in the basement were almost overflowing with water. In spite of the blizzard conditions, the Roto-Rooter rep called and asked if we would like to have the plumbers come that evening, as the plumbers were in Westbury, rather than the next morning when we had scheduled an appointment. I immediately said yes. When the plumbers arrived, they quickly cleared the main line heading out to the street. They were both courteous and professional and I was very happy to have the use of my appliances and utilities again - dishwasher, washer, dryer, sinks and shower. \r
I have used the Hempstead Roto-Rooter before in this home, was very satisfied with the service, and would definitely use them again.
