I found Dr. Russman and her staff SUPERB; extremely compassionate and very genuine. It was the day after Christmas and I was visiting from out of town....my 13 year old Lab/Retriever collapsed and I had to find someone open to help on a holiday weekend....they offered me medical options and left the decision to me while supporting my decision; it was one of the hardest decisions of my life that I had to put him to sleep. The staff were very kind and supportive. I am also surprised by the bad reviews until I stopped to really read the details and it usually came back to MONEY not LOVE for their pet. I LOVED MY DOG and will miss him terribly and won't have him in anyone else's hands! People need to think before writing bad reviews...do they not think about what it must be like to help sick animals every day when you love animals and how it must effect you....and maybe you have never run a business that has to stay open 24 hours a day...that costs money! A little more compassion p
