He introduced himself, looked over the plumbing problem, explained to me what needed to be done as well as show me. He gave me an estimate and promptly started the job. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was efficient and neat. Continally updated his progress. At the end he ran the camera through our sewer lines, explained how it worked and gave us the outcome. also spent time with my husband to locate the connection to the sewer. The estimate was exactly as he quoted. I did have a coupon from the web site that he honored as well as leaving us with drain cleaner and instructions.
