Initially, they promptly responded to my emailed service request. I was provided an estimate via email. That was followed up by a home visit to give me a firm estimate and tentative date to schedule a deep cleaning service for my home. At that same meeting, I contracted to have a bi-weekly service scheduled.\r

The cleaning happened. Unfortunately, I was not able to be home to do the final inspection. My husband advised me that the hardwood floors were dulled after they cleaned them. They now have some sort of build up on them that we have not been able to completely remove. Otherwise, the house for the most part was relatively clean.\r

Since the initial cleaning, I waited over a week to hear back from them. The owner (I guess) called my home and left a message that he was calling to check on the quality of my service and to schedule the bi-weekly service.\r
If I am going to pay $290, then I will give it to a cleaner who, has timely follow-ups and honors their contract on a timely manner
