I began training with Scott over a year ago. The classes are great and affordable. Scott brings his knowledge and sense of humor to each class. The activities vary from class to class, but you are always pushed to your limit. You meet fun people and see results in a short amount of time. After going to other bootcamps in Denver I can honestly say this is the best training in the city. \r
