They've got our orders wrong all but one time. They serve us one meal and tell us they forgot about the other one. So we sit and wait while the first meal gets cold.
They gave us the wrong calzone and had the nerve to tell us it wasn't our fault! No kidding! Then they didn't offer to make it up at all and seemed upset that I asked. Then once again, we were served half of our meal and decided to split it so it wouldn't get cold, then had to wait for the right calzone and ate that when it arrived.
The food is inconsistent. We have been served the skinniest calzones undercooked and we've had really good ones.
The service is horrible. The wait staff acts like they are doing you a favor by being there. The cooks are often joking around like idiots.
I'd rather cook at home than pay for what you get at Virgilio's.

Wow I just read the open letter from Virgilio. What a joke! He accuses the dissatisfied customers of being one person posting over and over. That put me off forever.
Take a look around at some of the posts. They are insulting to the people who have had bad experiences. I think it must be Virgilio attacking the customers. Just more reason not to go back.
