I made purchases at this location and attempted to return some of them. Rather than crediting my charge account, I was charged again for the returned items. ultimately, I ended up paying for the toys I had returned a second time; this mistake cost me about $90. I have all the documentation, including the receipts and statements and the owner still refuses to cooperate with me. more
