Overpaid, 6 months later, never received a credit or a check. They said they keep it in case your insurance doesn't pay in the future!!? Check your statements with your insurance carefully for what was paid. They charge as an adult, even though the insurance covers only child for a 14 yr old, leaving you with the added expense. You never get the same dentist twice, so you never build that confidence in one person. Last cleaning took 1 1/2hrs because the Hygienist was too talkative.
