This used to be a great practice, but something has changed. They make morning appointments nearly impossible to schedule, they rarely open on time (typically 1-2 hours late), and forget about trying to get your records sent to a new office in a timely manner. I have had issues with both the Wheeling office and the Hoffman Estates office. I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone anymore. It's unfortunate, because I used to be very happy here.\r
