Wow what a company, so here is my experience. I called up to voice a complaint and the manager hung up on me, i called back and asked if he had actually hung up on me, he said yes {because i was not worth his time|. As a consumer any company that has no time to deal with complaints has no time to take my money, oh and if you voice a complaint in the store they tell you to leave and call police because they dont have time to deal with complaints, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy your old movies
