I called on a Sunday becuase my heater isn't working. I was told it would be $200 for someone to come out, plus the repair. As this is expensive, I asked what the rate was during the week, and was quoted $69.00 for someone to come out, which would be deducted from the work, if I hired them. I was told by Susan that she would call me back Monday morning to set an appointment for that day. I call back on Monday morning to be told that it is now $125.00 to come out and they have no appointments until Wednesday. I'm supposed to be without heat until Wednesday? In December? Not the top-notch firm I was led to believe they were. Back to the Yellow Pages to call another plumber.
